Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
September 6, 2017

January 1, 2017 - Studies are underway for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). Geolabs has performed geotechnical borings to study the soils, percolation, and water quality for the area. Fehr & Peers, our traffic consultant, has also performed traffic counts during surf season, the peak time of year for traffic. We are beginning to receive analysis and data that will inform the development program.
